Do you clean cisterns?
No. We deliver potable water only. We don't clean, repair or inspect cisterns.
Is the water safe to drink?
Yes. Every load is filled at a municipal bulk water station, the same treated water people drink in town. Our trucks are dedicated to potable water and have never hauled anything else.
How much water do you deliver at a time?
Loads come in 8, 12 and 16 cubic metres (8,000, 12,000 and 16,000 litres, or about 1,760, 2,640 and 3,520 imperial gallons). We match the truck to your cistern so you're not paying for water that won't fit.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not. As long as the driver can reach the cistern, we fill it and leave things as we found them. If you'd rather be there, tell us and we'll flag your account so we always call ahead.
What does it cost?
Price depends on where you are and the size of the load. Call us with your location and we'll quote you a straight number. No contracts, no minimums.
How do I pay?
Interac e-transfer, cheque, credit card or cash. Residential customers get an invoice for each delivery. Commercial accounts can be billed once a month. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee.
Can I set up regular deliveries?
Yes, and most of our customers do. Tell us how often you go through a tank and we'll put you on a repeating route. If your use changes, call and we'll adjust the interval.
How far ahead should I call?
The sooner the better, but call-ins are fit into that week's routes whenever we can. If you're nearly empty, say so when you call and we'll do our best to get to you quickly.
Do you deliver in winter?
Year-round. In winter, please keep your driveway plowed and the path to the cistern clear so the truck can get in and the driver can get the hose to your tank.
What should I do before the truck comes?
Make sure the driver can reach the cistern lid, put dogs away, and let us know any gate codes or directions. If your cistern has a filter or an inlet that needs attention, tell us when you book.

Do you do oilfield or industrial hauling?
No. We fill residential and commercial cisterns with potable water, and that's all our trucks are used for.
What's the monthly draw?
Every completed delivery is one entry in our monthly draw. One customer wins a free load of water. Nadine draws the winner after the month closes.
